In-House Workshop(s) Policies

  • Complimentary workshops are only applicable to attend once; for every individuals. Repeat requests will be denied.
  • Workshop(s) booking via +65 8889 3032. Confirmation and reservation upon payment.
  • No show Policies –
    • Fees or gift vouchers will be forfeited if no show.
    • No rescheduling on the day of no show.
  • Project Blue instructor(s) must inform the client(s) in advance however, reserve(s) the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation –

    • All requests must be made with a minimum of seven (7) days in advance from the date that you had booked initially.

    • Timespan for requests shorter than seven (7) days will NOT be honoured. (No reschedules and no refund will be offered.)

  • Gift Vouchers applicable. Please approach our staff(s) for verification beforehand. Project Blue staff(s) reserve(s) the rights to accept and or decline the Gift Voucher(s).
  • All attendees’ tickets are non-refundable.


Gift Voucher(s) Policies

  • Kindly present your e-voucher(s) before securing your slot. To reserve a slot, please contact us at +65 8889 3032 or email us at info@projectblue.sg . For rescheduling, please reach out to us to re-book your slot at least 7 days in advance from the initially booked date; subject to workshop availability.

  • Timespan for requests shorter than seven (7) days will NOT be honoured. (No reschedules and no refund will be offered.)

  • Please note our no-show policies:

    • The gift voucher(s) will be revoked in case of a no-show, and no rescheduling will be permitted in such instances.
  • All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Product Refund/ Exchange Policies

Our refund and exchange policy lasts seven (7) days. If seven (7) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


Exchange Policies

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) must not be tampered.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards / vouchers
  • Downloadable software products
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and date of purchase.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Product Refund Policies

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
  • Sale items
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Product Exchanges

Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 35 Tannery Road, Ruby Industrial Complex #08-06B (Tannery Block) Singapore, 347740
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel(s).
